Effective August 31, 2026Public Trash Crasher release
The retail Android version of Trash Crasher does not require an account and does not send gameplay telemetry to Dark Puddle Games. It contains no ads and no in-app purchases. Dark Puddle Games does not collect contacts, location, advertising identifiers, photos, messages, or unrelated device identifiers through the retail game.
Progress, unlocks, settings, interrupted-run checkpoints, and optional diagnostic exports are stored locally on your device. A diagnostic package is created only when you choose Export Diagnostics. It stays on your device unless you decide to share it for support.
Website and purchase
This public website does not load advertising trackers or analytics by default. When you follow a purchase link, the storefront processes the transaction and download under its own privacy policy and payment terms. Dark Puddle Games does not receive your full payment-card details.
If you voluntarily contact Dark Puddle Games for support, the information you send is used to respond to your request and maintain the game. Do not include passwords or unrelated personal information in a diagnostic report.
Private tester program
The invite-only tester APK is a separate build. With a tester’s notice and consent, it records app sessions and active playtime; build, Android/device, and performance settings; and run details such as map, driver, vehicle, weapon, duration, level, kills, damage, boss, Garage use, and outcome. Records are tied to the tester account and a protected installation ID. Contacts, location, advertising IDs, and unrelated hardware IDs are not collected.
Tester records are used for access control, troubleshooting, performance work, and game balancing. A tester may ask Dark Puddle Games to end access or delete tester records through the same contact used for the invitation.
Children and changes
Trash Crasher is not directed to children under 13. This policy may be updated when storefronts, support methods, or game data practices change. The effective date above will change with it.
Questions or deletion requests can be sent through the official Contact & Social page.
